Captain Neil Kobrosky would like to offer a 90-minute weekend Round the Cape cruise on his 25 foot boat. Four passenger maximum. Starting at Cape  Ann Marina through the Annisquam river around Halibut Point, past Rockport along the back shore and into Gloucester Harbor. Snacks will be provided.
